Commission-Based Agent

Position Overview:
Hinotori Consulting Solutions is seeking motivated and resourceful Commission-Based Agents to join our growing global network. Agents will represent Hinotori’s professional consulting services—including career development, international job placement, LMIA and visa assistance, and strategic business solutions—to individuals and organizations seeking guidance and opportunities in Canada and internationally. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who have a network, a passion for client engagement, and the drive to earn based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, contact, and recruit prospective clients (individual candidates, employers, schools, or business clients) needing Hinotori’s consulting services
- Educate prospects on Hinotori’s services and convert inquiries into signed agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support ongoing needs
- Conduct intake interviews and ensure completion of assessment forms
Sales & Commission-Based Activities
- Promote and sell career consulting packages, job placement services, immigration pathways, or institutional services (e.g., DLI setup, corporate documentation audits)
- Close deals and contracts in alignment with company pricing structures and service tiers
- Track leads, follow-ups, and client outcomes using internal CRM tools or reporting templates
Documentation & Reporting
- Submit detailed reports on outreach efforts, signed clients, payments collected, and service progress
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA)
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Attend community events, webinars, and digital forums to represent Hinotori’s brand and offerings
- Provide feedback to the executive team on market needs, client trends, and competitive insights
- Uphold the company's mission and represent it professionally in all dealings
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, recruiting, HR, immigration, education services, or consulting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages an asset)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and productivity tools
- Understanding of Canadian immigration pathways (e.g., LMIA, Express Entry) is a strong asset
- Must adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality protocols, and conflict of interest policies
