Candidates with a provincial or territorial nomination continue to receive invitations in both general and PNP-specific rounds.

Canada Continues Express Entry Invitations for Healthcare & Social Services Professionals

According to the Government of Canada, on October 15, 2025, 2,500 invitations were issued under the Healthcare and Social Services Occupations (Version 2) category through the Express Entry system. The lowest CRS score was 472, with a tie-breaking rule set for May 12, 2025. Invitations were issued under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program. To qualify, candidates must have at least six months of relevant work experience within the past three years in eligible healthcare or social services occupations and must have performed key duties as outlined in the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
